As a registred partner you receive the user name and password
for your registration in the Customer Service Portal.
We advise you to change your password after the first registration.

End users please use for the registration the guests access.
The user name and password cannot be changed.
Now you are able to make online orders,
to get firmware updates, quality checks etc.
Here you will find the type of the device and the 12 digit serial number.
Switch on the S2N device and click the button Setup Device on the S2N Interface. In the top left hand corner you will find the type of the device and the 12 digit serial number.
Here will also find the version description of the firmware.
Switch on your device and click the button Setup Device.
Click the button Poweruser and register yourself as poweruser.
Click on Information - Device. Click on the link Firmware.
The firmware version is displayed.
Message: "Device ... not exist, check serial number and try again."
Type the exact serial number of your device, for ex. BE2-SCL-R2-PLUS-0123456789ab.
If you receive the same message again,
you are possibly not authorized.
